CLEO Systems hosted its fourth CLEO SOLO EPS Product User Group on Thursday 12th June – this time, the team opted for a virtual session which saw a record number of attendees from across CLEO’s EPS customer base.
All CLEO SOLO EPS customers were invited to attend the event, with nearly 40 attending from across a wide range of trusts including North East London NHS Trust, Whittington Health NHS Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Trust and Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Trust
The workshop-style format centered around the collaborative discussion where Karen Ventura, Product Director at CLEO Systems, invited attendees to shape and inform the EPS product roadmap.
One attendee said: “The Slido voting and group discussion on priorities were highly engaging with excellent participation. The summary of upcoming functionality was very well presented. It’s refreshing to collaborate with CLEO in such a constructive way”.

CLEO SOLO EPS is an independent electronic prescribing solution designed for Secondary Care Outpatient settings. It integrates seamlessly with electronic patient record systems, streamlining the process of sending FP10 prescriptions to community pharmacies. The solution delivers significant benefits, including an improved patient experience, the elimination of lost or stolen prescriptions, and enhanced clinical safety.
